Acceptance

Using LFG IRL means accepting these terms. If you disagree, don't use the platform.

LFG IRL

LFG IRL supports tabletop miniature gamers. Exchange army lists before a match. Track games at the table. Showcase miniatures in photo galleries.

Every match is tied to a city. If you play at a shop or club, select the venue. If you play at home, choose your city. We never ask for your street address.

Turn games into battle reports. Combine timelines with photos and captions. Share with friends, keep them private, or publish them.

Season 0 & Founders

LFG IRL is in Season 0, the founding phase. All features are free. 50 GB of storage is included. Season 0 is time-limited.

Season 0 users receive a permanent "Founder" badge. Cosmetic badge.

The badge is the only guaranteed benefit. We plan to recognize Founders when we introduce new tiers. Details are not final yet.

Season 0 end: 30 days notice minimum, new terms published. You decide to continue, adjust, or delete your account.

Your Account

An account is required. Provide accurate information and keep your email up to date.

Secure your login details. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Visibility

You choose the visibility of each photo and gallery. You can set content to private (only you) or public (everyone, including search engines). You can change this at any time.

Public content is visible to everyone. It may appear on city pages or in search results. Nothing becomes public unless you choose it.

One rule: be respectful. Violations lead to suspension.

Role-playing and humor welcome
Insults, harassment, discrimination = suspension
Respect all players
Comments appropriate for all ages
No spam or excessive self-promotion
Don't share personal information
Report inappropriate behavior
Simple test: if you wouldn't say it at the gaming table, don't say it here

Your Content

Your content belongs to you. This includes photos, army lists, matches, and battle reports. We claim no ownership.

By uploading content, you allow us to display, store, and process it to run the service. Example: we create smaller variants for loading. We do not use content for advertising or resale.

For photos with identifiable faces, get consent from the people shown. If you appear in a photo without authorization, report it. We'll remove it.

External Links

You can share external links. We're not responsible for those sites. Be careful with links from other users.

Reporting

Report content directly in the app if signed in. Otherwise, use the contact form (slower handling).

Our team reviews each report. We may hide content during investigation. We may contact the parties involved.

We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend or close accounts. We act in good faith to protect users.

Age

Users under 15 need consent from a parent or legal guardian before they can complete account setup.

During onboarding, the user declares whether guardian consent is required. If so, we collect a guardian email address and send an approval request. The account activates after approval.

Users who can consent for themselves accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy directly. Accounts using guardian consent can later switch one-way to self-consent from account settings.

Content Responsibility

By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share this content. You created it, have permission from the creator, or are authorized to use it.

You confirm your content does not violate any law or third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, defamation). If someone disputes this, you are responsible.

Indemnity

You indemnify LFG IRL and its operator for claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

In plain terms, if someone sues us because of your actions, you cover our costs and damages. This standard protection helps keep the platform running.

Intellectual Property

LFG IRL, including its design, branding, and code, belongs to us. Use the platform normally. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

Warhammer, Age of Sigmar, and other mentioned trademarks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any publisher.

Suspension or Deletion

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms or harm the community.

Delete your account anytime in settings. Deletion = loss of access and data removal per our privacy policy.

Limits

LFG IRL records games and helps share your hobby. It is not a rules engine or tournament organizer. We do not verify scores.

We are not responsible for disputes about results, list legality, or rules interpretations. The app is a companion, not an authority.

Reliability

LFG IRL is designed for resilience, but no infrastructure is 100% reliable. The service is provided "as is."

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you and update the date at the top.

Continuing to use LFG IRL after a change means acceptance. If you disagree, delete your account.

General Terms

If one clause is invalid, the others remain in effect.
Not enforcing a term immediately doesn't mean we waive it.
We may transfer these terms to a third party (e.g. acquisition). Your rights remain unchanged.
These terms and our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and LFG IRL.

Jurisdiction

French law applies. French courts have jurisdiction.
